Airbnb cleans

  Kitchen

· Wash and put away any dishes left out/ empty dishwasher.

· Check other appliances are empty, clean, and functional.

· Clean fridge – remove any leftover items and are re-stock consumables if needed.

· Sanitise all worktops and touch points.

· Clean and polish sink taps. 

· Empty bins.

Bedroom

· Sanitise and clean work surfaces.

· Change of bedding.

· Remove of dust.

· Empty bins.

· Check drawers/ wardrobes. 

Bathroom

· Sanitise and clean toilet.

· Shine sink and mirrors.

· Clean and polish sink taps.

· Sanitise and clean shower/ shower closure.

· Check shower and sink drainage.

· Empty bins.

· Re stock soap/ shower gel/ toilet rolls

Throughout the property 

· Sanitising and dusting throughout: wipe down tables, surfaces, light switches and skirting boards where needed.

· Remove any items left by guests

· Report of any leaking taps, lights that are not working or damage from the previous stay. 

· Tidy & reset: stack magazines, plump up cushions, straighten rugs, arrange décor items, leave out guest information booklets, redraw blinds and curtains.

· Spot vacuum / spot mop the floors.

· Set up welcome board/ gifts

· Check keys are returned and ready.

Strip used linen, bed sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Replace with fresh. We work with local professional cleaners to was, dry and press all laundry.
